49. Eat At Least One Healthy Meal Per Day

A lot of people cringe at the thought of eating healthy, especially if they don’t need to lose weight. After all, who wants to go to a restaurant and order a salad instead of a steak? Remind yourself that eating healthy is not about depriving yourself from things that taste good. It’s about feeding yourself the fuel that will help your body reach its best potential. You can still enjoy what you eat so long as you incorporate at least one healthy meal per day.

Start to do some research about the options that are out there with vegan meals and how people on a plant-based diet enjoy delicious food for fewer calories and higher nutritional value. We aren’t suggesting that you should overhaul your entire diet or become totally plant-based. If you refuse to give up meat completely, that’s up to you. But eating at least one healthy meal per day will make a tremendous difference in your health and may even add years to your life.
