29. Give Your House Great Curb Appeal

First impressions are everything, so your house needs to have major “curb appeal”. This is the “wow” moment people get when standing outside of a house. If your home doesn’t have it, you need to work on improving it. Painting the outside of your house is great, but when was the last time you updated the siding? Go over all of the different issues that the front of your house may have, and consider planting some flower beds or other small touches that will give your buyers warm fuzzy feelings when they come to tour the property.
